The HP Marketing Strategy & Effectiveness Team works directly with HPs marketing senior leadership to define, analyze, and shape strategic direction and measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns. We deliver analytically rigorous, pragmatic recommendations to senior executives and work on high profile initiatives that will help HP deliver game-changing results. We are looking for highly talented individuals with strong analytic and communications skills to join the team as a Manager. In this role, you will leverage experience in management consulting or business strategy to deliver data-driven, insightful recommendations to Marketings management team. Key Responsibilities Define, collect and synthesize data as part of the annual Marketing strategic planning effort. Manage marketing data models that support the Chief Marketing Officers agenda across a variety of strategic initiatives. Support Strategy & Planning Managers in identifying strategic recommendations for Global Marketing. Collaborate with stakeholders across global business units, centers of expertise, and regions for strategic planning Build and enhance the capabilities of the team through quality improvement efforts. Qualifications Education and Experience Required BA/BS degree Minimum of 2 years work experience in strategy consulting or investment banking at a top-tier firm required Minimum of 2 years work experience in a Marketing function preferred (but not required) Background in IT industry preferred but not required Knowledge and Skills Required Data Analytics: Strong data modeling skills (MS Excel) and expertise in database access and data extraction, including pivot table experience.
