With so many Android tablet PCs coming up, ASUS has also launched its 10.1inch ASUS Transformer Prime Tab. It comes with Honeycomb (Android v3.1). The best feature I have found about this device is that, it has different batteries for the handset and QWERTY. So if your handset runs out of battery, you can always attach it on to the external QWERTY Dock. This is something unique herein.
There are two standard sized USB ports and also an HDMI port to plug into your TV. Its 8.3mm thickness/depth makes it the most slimmest tablet. It comes with ASUS WaveShare UI (User Interface). It has a metallic spun finishing design. The the LCD screen with LED backlighting will consume less power. It is upgradable to Android v4.0, for you to get the Ice cream Sandwich flavor :D.
Experts say that the only con (negative point) found out is that, the aluminium body affects the GPS performance. This is because the aluminium body with circular design interferes with the GPS signals.
The Mobile Dock (external QWERTY keyboard) has a trackpad. Tegra 3 gives good graphics performance which you can definitely experience while gaming. Without further ado, lets get the know the features of this Gizmo!
