ASHEBORO, N.C. ? Governor Pat McCrory is planning to visit Randolph Community College to sign a new education bill on Monday.
Senate Bill 14 is meant to encourage more students to finish high school and create more vocational classes.
McCrory is expected to deliver his first state address at 7 p.m. Monday.
